In this short documentary, the CBC's Fred Davis introduces us to Royal Canadian Air Force operations in Zweibrücken, Germany. He follows 'Green Section' as they perform drills explaining what it takes to be a Cold War fighter pilot. Part of the Perspective series, this 30 min. video by Don Haldane first aired in 1956. (NOTE: Twelve of the seventeen pilots who went on to perform as the RCAF's Red Knight flew F-86 Sabres in France &/or Germany during the 1950s & 60s.)
